Maple Coconut Roasted Chickpeas are slightly sweet, super crunchy and highly addictive!

1 can chickpeas
1 Tbs. canola oil
1 Tbs. maple syrup
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1 Tbs. canola oil
1 Tbs. maple syrup
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 c. shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Peel off most of the outer layers of the chickpeas. Dry well.
Add chickpeas to a medium bowl and add the canola oil. Mix well.
