Maple-Honey Coconut Granola

You can't believe how easy it is to make your own, healthy granola. It's such an amazing snack on top of yogurt or even as cereal with milk!

2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots, roughly chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons flax seed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
