Easy sausage breakfast soufflé you can make the night before, refrigerate and then bake in the morning.

•8 slices white bread
•1 lb. Jimmy Dean’s Maple Pork Sausage (regular sausage works fine too, but maple is better!)
•9 eggs
•3 cups of milk
•1 1/2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
•1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
•1/2 teaspoon salt
