Maple Soy Chicken Thighs are marinaded in maple syrup, OJ, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. These little chicken thighs boast a lot of flavor and are easy to cook. Chicken thighs are way more forgiving if you happen to over cook them compared to a chicken breast.
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 chicken thighs, skinned
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

8 chicken thighs, skinned
