2 Cups Mushrooms, chopped
3 Cups Broccoli
3 Cups Cauliflower
1 Medium Sweet Pepper (Red or Green)
1 Medium Red Onion
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Oil, (Corn, sunflower, or canola)
1 Cup Corn Syrup
3 Cups Broccoli
3 Cups Cauliflower
1 Medium Sweet Pepper (Red or Green)
1 Medium Red Onion
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Oil, (Corn, sunflower, or canola)
1 Cup Corn Syrup
A) Whisk corn syrup, oil, vinegar, garlic & salt.
B) Combine broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers and onion.
C) Pour mixture over vegetables. Toss until everything is well coated.
D) Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Will last in the fridge for up to 2 days.
E) To serve, drain marinade and serve cold or stir fry veggies.
