These olives and feta cheese are extremely good on salads, crostini, pizza or with some elegant appetizers. The ones that you can buy at the grocery store are kinda expensive, so you can make them very easily at home, and cheaper.

250 g of feta cheese, cubed
50 g of olives
2 garlic cloves, peeled
3 dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
an airtight container
extra virgin olive oil, to fill the jar all the way up

Wash the jar and let it dry completely. Cut the feta cheese into little cubes and peel the garlic cloves.
