1/2 cup peach juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
2 clove garlic, minced
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
1 1/2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1'' chunks
1 green bell pepper, sliced into large chunks
1 red bell pepper, sliced into large chunks
1 red onion, sliced into large chunks
Wood or bamboo skewers
