Martha's vineyard salad is an easy, flavorful green leaf salad with pine nuts and blue cheese. The preparation time is baking the onions and mixing all.

2 tablespoons pine nuts
3 cups mixed salad greens
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar, verjus blanc
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 ounces blue cheese
2 teaspoons raspberry vincotto vinegar
1/2 cup raspberries (optional)
