Masala peanut in microwave

Masala peanut is a very popular snack recipe in India.As we all know Peanut has lot of health benefits and it’s a most common snack consumed by everyone. Today I am showing the healthy way of preparing crunchy,spicy peanut masala in microwave .

1 cup Raw peanut
1/3 cup Gram flour/besan
1 tsp Red chili powder
½ tsp Salt
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1. In a large mixing bowl add gram flour,salt,red chili powder,coriander powder , garam masala and combine well with the flour. 2. Soak the peanut in water for a min and drain the excess water. 3. Now add the wet peanuts to the flour mixture and mix well so that the masala gets coated to the peanut evenly. 4. Spread the coated peanut masala on microwave safe plate and cook for 2 min. 5. After 2 min,remove the plate from microwave and mix all the peanut once and place it back in microwave for another 1 min. 6. Once done allow the peanut masala to cool completely and serve . Note * If the peanuts does not get coated with gram flour masala,sprinkle water as need to coat well . * Store the peanut in air tight container to keep them crunchy.
