Masala Poori
Masala poori is a simple recipe which can be prepared in less time. Its tasty and healthy food and children would love to eat this.

1) Wheat flour 2 cups
2) salt 2 tsp
3) red chilli powder 3 tsp
4) turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
5) sesame seeds 2 tbsp
6) cumin seeds 1 tbsp
7) ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
8) curry leaves 10
9) coriander leaves 1 small cup
10) oil for deep fry

Take a bowl, in that add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, sesame and cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and coriander leaves as per measurements given above. Mix it well and add water, make it in to dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Then take a pan, heat oil for deep fry. Then take this dough, make them in to small balls and roll it like small poori's and deep fry in oil on a medium flame. Shake off excess oil from fried pooris and take that on a plate lined up with tissue paper.
You can serve these pooris with curd or sauce.
