I had some leftover meatballs in my freezer and didn’t know what to do with them, so I googled “meatballs” and found this easy, awesome recipe. Unfortunately when I printed it the website didn’t print on my sheet I’m not sure who it came from, and I did make a few changes. Regardless, it’s a great after school snack, appetizer on a buffet or meal…
1 can Pillsbury Layered Biscuits-8 count
16 meatballs (the frozen kind worked good here, just make sure they are thawed)
2 sticks of string cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Separate the biscuits each into 2 layers. Cut each string cheese into 8 pieces.
Lay out 1 layer of biscuit, top with a meatball and a piece of string cheese and wrap them up...
