The best meatball sub! I used homemade frozen meatballs for this! Make it a head of time and just toss in the crock pot when your ready to make it!

-1lb ground beef
- 2-3 tablespoons Italian seasonings, or to taste
- 1 eggs
- 2 clove garlic, minced and divided
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 can tomato sauce, 12 oz
-1 package sub rolls, 16 oz
- Mozzarella cheese , 1/2 cup
