Melt In Your Mouth Rum Cake

RUM CAKE
1 yellow cake mix
1 small box of butterscotch pudding
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp rum (real or imitation)

SYRUP
Melt in micro
1 cube of butter
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp rum

FROSTING/GLAZE
1 8oz block of cream cheese (room temp)
1 cube of butter (room temp)
3 tsp vanilla
2 Tsp spoons of milk
4 cups powdered sugar
A dash of salt
Preheat oven to 350 Deg F. Mix with beaters for about 2-3 min. Bake in a well greased and floured bundt pan for 37 min. As soon as you remove the cake from the oven leave it in the pan and pour the hot syrup all over it Let this sit and cool for 20 min. before removing from pan. Mix the frosting ingredients until well combined. Once the cake has cooled for 20 min. remove from the bundt pan. Serve warm with the frosting/glaze. And a glass of milk - you'll need it!
