Looking for a great steak you can make on the stove top? Well you've found it! These steaks are easy to prepare and simply heavenly to eat.

T-Bone Steaks
Grape Seed Oil
Sea Salt, Large Chunk
Pepper
1) Heat grape seed oil in a stainless steel pan until it begins to smoke. (It must be a stainless steel pan!) 2) Rub both sides of steak with sea salt and pepper, to taste. 3) Cook steaks in oil, 3-5 minutes on each side. 4) Let rest a few minutes before serving. Great topped with sauteed mushrooms.
