Mexican Guacamole Burgers

If you love guacamole, you’ll love these Mexican Guacamole Burgers. They’ve got Mexican seasoning baked inside and homemade guacamole on top!

2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Guacamole:
1 avocado, diced
2 small tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings:
6 slices pepper jack cheese
6 leaves of lettuce
6 slices of tomato
6 buns
