Mexican Quiche

1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup cheese (any kind, grated)
1/2 cup onion (diced)
1T finely chopped parsley
1t salt
1t pepper
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 lb ground beef
Refrigerated Pie Crust
1. Place your pie crust in the quiche/pie dish and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook the ground beef until brown, drain the fat and mix in the taco seasoning (use the directions on the taco seasoning packet- you MAY need to add water, depending on the type that you use). 3. Add the seasoned ground beef to the pie crust. 4. Add cheese, onion and tomato on top of the beef. 5. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with the milk. Then, add parsley, salt and pepper. 6. Pour the milk mixture on top of the pie. The ingredients will naturally mix. 7. Bake in oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes & enjoy!
