A healthy Mexican rice with scallions and avocados

2ΒΌ cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbls butter
1 Tbls ground cumin
1 cup long grain white rice
? cup salsa
3 scallions, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
