2 flour tortillas
1/2 tsp water
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
paper towels

Mix cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl.
Rub a little water on flour tortilla (I use my fingers). Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cut tortilla into 6-8 triangles. Place on a paper towel in the microwave. MW on high 1 minutes. If not crispy, add 10 seconds until crispy. The paper towel absorbs the moisture and makes crispy chips.
