TAKE A PAN ADD SOME OIL IN IT THEN ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLY FRY TILL BROWN ADD RED CHILLY POWDER TURMERIC POWDER AND PUT WATER IMMEDIATELY SO THAT ONION DONT BURN ADD TAMATOES AND LITTLE SALT SO THAT TAMOTOES ARE SOFT NOW ADD CORSINDER POWDER AND GARLIC PASTE COVER IT WITH LID LET IT COOK FOR SOME TIME BOIL THE EGG KEEP THE WHITE AND YELLOW SEAPRATE BLEND THE WHITE AND MASH THE YELLOW MIX WELL ADDING SALT PUT MINCED EGG IN PAN AND CORAINDER LEAVES COVER THE PAN WITH LID AND COOK FOR 7 TO 10 MINTUE GARNISH WITH CORAINDER LEAVES SERVE WITH BREAD
