Mini Cheesecakes with Cherry Topping

Super creamy and smooth cheesecake on a graham crust, with cherry topping . Easy to make, and so cute in little mini size!

1-1/4 C graham crumbs
1/4 C butter, melted
12 oz (1-1/2 pkgs) regular cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 C + 1 TBS granulated (white) sugar
1/4 C milk
1/4 C + 2 TBS sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 TBS all-purpose flour
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 can of cherry pie filling
