If you haven't notice by now, I love everything mini. I also love anything with biscuits in it. Chicken pot pie is always good, so, why not?

1 chicken breast poached, diced
1 can (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1 cup mixed vegetables frozen
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cans (10 ounce) biscuits
