These miniature cheesecakes have a delicious chocolate Digestive biscuit crumb, and an indulgent dark chocolate layer on top, decorated with Mini Eggs!

For the Crust
10 Digestive biscuits
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup (56g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake
2 cups (450g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (112g) caster sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping
1 cup (175g) dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup (115ml) heavy cream
