Meatballs:
1 slice white bread crust removed
3 tablespoons whole milk
1 egg lightly beaten
1/8 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
Fresh Herb Marinara
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup cabernet
3 28 ounce cans San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
