Mini Vegetable Monkey Bread

This monkey bread was so good. It reminded me of a garden vegetable pizza without the sauce. You could dip this bread in marinara sauce if you'd like. I dipped it in my cauliflower soup. What a great snack too and a good way to get kids to eat their veggies.

1 can (7.5 ounce) biscuits
1/6 bell pepper, red, chopped
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped green part only
2 tablespoons real bacon pieces
1/8 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces with kitchen shears into a large bowl.
Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
Chop bell pepper and slice green onions.
