1/3 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon guar gum (Bob's Red Mill)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegan butter (Earth Balance)
1/4 cup plain almond milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
PEPPERMINT DOUGH:
3 1/4 cups grain-free powdered sugar ("Wholesome!" brand).
3 tablespoons plain almond milk
1 tablespoon vegan butter (Earth Balance)
1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
a few drops of green food coloring (Watkins brand uses no artificial dyes).
1/4 teaspoon salt

two 10 ounce bags of enjoy life chocolate chips
3/4 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon guar gum (Bob's Red Mill)
