Mint Chocolate Muddy Buddies (made with Andes Mints!)

If you like the standard version of muddy buddies (puppy chow) and you like mint chocolate chip ice cream - you'll LOVE this Mint Chocolate version!

3 cups powdered sugar
1 box rice chex (divided)
8oz chocolate candy melt
5oz white candy melt
5oz dark green candy melt
1 packet Andes mints (4.28 ounces / unwrapped)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 gallon ziploc bag
large strainer
mint M&M's or green chocolate button candies (optional)
