Miso Ginger Tuna Sashimi

A convenient way to consume sashimi. No need to have soy sauce, ginger and wasabi on the side. One bite and you get it all?

4 oz. tuna sashimi
1/2 teaspoon miso paste
½ teaspoon freshly ground ginger
½ teaspoon prepared wasabi
½ teaspoon soy sauce
Cut tuna into 1-inch squares or rectangular slices. Lay them on a serving plate. Mix miso paste, ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. Add a little water if too sticky. Place a small mound of paste on each tuna slice.
