No fuss mixed fruit crisp with hazelnuts is the right dessert when you are a busy bee but still need a tasty dessert that will please the crowds! Simple ingredients and only a few utensils needed make it a perfect dessert!

For the Fruit Layer:

1kg (2.2lb) Mixed Fruit –Apples, Peaches, Figs

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Tablespoons Corn Flour (optional)

50g (1.7oz) Roughly Chopped Hazelnuts

40g (1.4oz) Brown Sugar

20g (0.7oz) Unsalted Butter

For the Topping:

100g (3.5oz) Rolled Oats or Quick Oats

100g (3.5oz) Plain Flour

60g (2.1oz) Unsalted Butter, diced

30g (1oz) Brown Sugar
