With meat prices going up all the time and quality going down, I can't find good steaks these days around here that taste good or are even close to worth the prices, these are good value with a good taste. The good part is you know it's real meat.

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground chuck, you can also use ground beef
2 cups cooking oats or you can use cooked rice
1 c. minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 slices of bacon
