Moist Lemon Pudding Cake

The lemon pudding cake looked moist, sweet, and the perfect refreshing thing to enjoy! It was finished off with a sugary glaze that dripped down over the cake.

2 sticks butter-soften
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons grated lemon rind
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1-3.4 ounce package of instant lemon pudding mix
Filling:
1 cup canned lemon pie filling
Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
