Moist Pumpkin Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

This is a great fall dessert, perfect to take to a family get-together, or to munch on while handing out Halloween candy!

Cake:
4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
15 oz can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups confectioners sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and ginger.
