Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes

49

Chocolatey, gooey, goodness... chocolate lava cakes pair perfectly with a dollop of whip cream (or scoop of vanilla ice cream) and a few berries. Make 6 "muffins" or 4 ramekins. Ramekins make the perfect, average size, 1 "muffin" makes a great light dessert, and 2 "muffins" are for if you're feeling a little naughty. I like to make them in muffin tins because they pop out and store well. Pop in the microwave for a few seconds the next day and you have a quick, yummy treat. This, and the fact
