Quick and Easy Dinner Recipe

1 Pre-made or "All-ready-pie-crust"
1 Cup diced brown onion
1 Jalapeno or Anaheim chili diced
1/4 Cup diced bell pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef ( turkey or chicken can be substituted)
1 Cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 Cup fat free Sour Cream ( plain greek yogurt may be substituted)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Eggs slightly beaten (egg substitute may be used)
2 Tbsp. Catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika and chopped parsley for garnish

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
