Mom’s Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice Cream! Besides just visiting Ice Cream Parlors I have very fond memories of making Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream as a child with my family on hot summer holidays. We would crank our old fashioned ice cream maker for what seemed like hours. We have even begun to share this tradition with our own children at our Annual Family Canoe/Camping Weekend. I can honestly say that it is the BEST Vanilla Ice Cream I have ever tasted!

•(6) Eggs (Substitute Egg Beaters® if desired.)
•(2) Cups Granulated Sugar
•(2) Quarts Whole Milk
•(1) Cup PET® Evaporated Milk
•(1/2) Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
•(1) Pint Half & Half
•(4) TBSP J.R. Watkins® Clear Double-Strength Vanilla Extract
