Mom's Meatloaf

I used to think meatloaf, yuck! But now I love it and its because my mom tried a new recipe a few years ago and I have tweaked it throughout the years to perfection. My kids love it, which is a feat in and of itself. But this recipe is YUMMY for sure!

1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup quick oats or bread crumbs
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp crushed red pepper (if you like spice)
Sauce
1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar, depending on how sweet you want
1 Tbsp mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg

Preheat the oven to 375
