PREHEAT: Wok Med. - Hi MAKES: 6 Servings

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoon Rice Wine or Sherry
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 teaspoon Ginger, diced
2 Cup Bok Choy, cut in 2” sticks
6 ounces Pea Pods or 15 oz. can Mini Ears of Corn, drain
8 ounces Button Mushrooms, slice or 4 oz. canned, drain
8 ounces Water Chestnuts, drain
2 partially frozen Chicken Breasts
Slice Chicken Breasts thin. Marinate 15 min. if desired. Whisk Broth, Oyster Sauce, Rice Wine, Cornstarch and Sugar, set aside. Quickly stir-fry Garlic in 1 T. Oil, add Bok Choy cook 3 Min. Add Pea Pods...
