A delicious sweet potato shepherd\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s pie, sweetened with honey and raisins and loaded with a heap of hidden vegetables. Perfect for freezing leftovers for quick, no fuss midweek dinners.

1 brown onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 can chickpeas
½ cup vegetable stock
½ cup raisins
½ cup coriander, stems removed and chopped
800g sweet potato, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cream (optional)
