Mozzarella and Parmesan Pork Chops

The most delish chops!

Pork chops, thinly sliced
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Garlic, minced
Black pepper
Oregano
Parsley
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
-Dip pork chops in olive oil. -Place chops on foil lined baking sheet. -Lightly sprinkle chops with all listed seasonings on both sides of pork chops. -Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. -Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. -Enjoy!

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
