Oven-baked chicken breasts dredged in bread crumbs, covered with a creamy Muenster cheese and infused with a subtle hint of white wine.

3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6-8 slices of Muenster cheese
Plain or seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. dry white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
