Muenster Meatloaf

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 1/3 cups stuffing mix (I used the Stove Top Traditional Sage flavor)
1 packet Lipton dried soup mix (I used the Savory Herb with Garlic flavor)
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Muenster cheese
1. Thaw your meat and crush your stuffing mix. 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 3. Mix all ingredients well (except for the cheese). 4. Press mixture in a greased loaf pan. 5. Bake for 50 minutes. About halfway through the cooking time, cover pan with tin foil to prevent over-browning of the top and keep the meat moist. 6. Remove from the oven and top with cheese. I used slices of Muenster, but you can also use shredded. Put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 7. Enjoy alone or with your favorite potato side. I highly recommend pairing this main dish with my Baked Savory Fries!
