Mushroom Basil Pesto Pasta

A "meaty" vegetarian pasta dish that bursts with flavor!

1 Box pasta (I used whole wheat penne)
1 Lb Mushrooms, sliced
1 Small yellow onion
10-15 Basil leaves (depending on how much you like basil)
2 Cups Spinach
2-3 Cloves of garlic, diced (I like extra garlic, so I used 3 cloves)
1 T Milk (Or more if you want it extra creamy) (I used unsweetened almond milk)
3 T Olive oil for sauteing
2 T White wine
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Olive oil to add to the food processor
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t salt (season to personal taste)
Dice onions and garlic. Slice mushrooms and basil. Saute onions until soft, add diced garlic. Saute until fragrant. Boil the water, add salt. Saute mushrooms in batches, add wine when they are almost done....
