200g mushrooms


500 -750 ml (2-3 cups) water
250 ml (1 cup) wine
salt and ground black pepper
5 tbsp flour
80 ml ??oil
• Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. • On the stove place a pan of water. • When the water boils, it make the wine and put the mushrooms. • Boiling continues until tender. • Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. • remove the pot from the heat, strain the broth in a separate pot. • flour and fry in oil until golden. • Dilute with decoction of mushrooms. • As soon as it boils, add the mushrooms. • mushroom mash with wine boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
