My Grandmother-In-Law's Rouladen

12

My late husband's grandmother was born in Stuttgart, Germany, and on any given Sunday, would make this dish along with hot & sour red cabbage and spaetzle. The first few times I made it, I felt it took hours, which it probably did, but now I can make it in my sleep. You can also buy beef for fajitas from your grocery store, which will cut the time in half when putting these together. It does take some time, but you won't be disappointed!!
