My Homemade Mayo

This mayo rocks it perfect for summer time on sandwiches !!!!

2 egg yolks
1 cup vegetable oil
1 table spoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1. in a large bowl put in egg yolks and whisk for 1 min then add the mustard 2. whisk together once you have done that then keep whisking and add the oil slowly. whisk for about 6 min 3. once the mayo is thick then add salt and pepper and put in the fridge for 1 hour and then serve .
