this recipe is the best brussel sprouts you will ever eat, its my sister's best recipe yet made with bacon. so I hope you enjoy!

1lb brussels sprouts
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
6 slices bacon
balasmic vinegar
salt and pepper

salt and pepper
bring water with salt to a boil and then add the brussels sprouts and cook for 10 minutes. then drain. in a large skillet over medium heat fry bacon until crisp drain the bacon, but save some fat for next step. add onion to some of the bacon grease and saute until translucent for 5 minutes, then add to cooked brussel sprouts and season with pepper, a little salt and a drizzle of balasmic vineger and enjoy
