A new way to enjoy tacos with a southwestern twist. The secret to these delicious tacos is the fry bread!

1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1 pund ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1 packet (1.5 oz) low salt taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
4 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup onions, diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
