Never will Chocolate Cupcakes taste so good. The mousse goes perfectly with the cupcakes. Frosting tends to be too sweet sometimes. But this just a taste of Heaven. Easy to make better to show off to your friends when their mouths start to water at the site of your delicious cupcakes. Have them beg for more with this recipe...

Chocolate Cake:
1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Quick Mousse:
1 cup Heavy Cream (whipped)
1 small pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding mix
1/2 cup Milk (Cold)
1 can Condense Milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180 degree C) and line pans with cupcake liners Sift cake mix into small bowl and set aside In large bowl combine eggs, butter, milk, yogurt and vanilla until smooth Add cake mix and stir Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 16 - 20 minutes Quick Mousse: In a chilled metal bowl, beat heavy whipped cream with whisk until stiff peaks forms Remove from bowl and set aside Combine pudding mix, condense milk and cold milk until smooth Fold the whipped cream and chocolate condense milk together Refrigerate 5 minutes until thick Pipe or spread onto cooled cupcakes and top with favorite candy decoration
