No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars

A quick and easy, no-bake dessert! A chewy peanut butter nougat with oats and mini chocolate chips, topped with a rich chocolate ganache.

¼ cup unsalted butter, soft
1 cup (280 grams) peanut butter
8 ounces (approximately 2 cups) marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla extrac
½ cup (62 grams) confectioners\' sugar
1¾ cups (175 grams) quick oats (Not instant or old fashioned oats)
1 cup (6 ounces) mini chocolate chips
1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons peanuts, chopped (I used peanuts with sea salt)
1 cup (280 grams) peanut butter
8 ounces (approximately 2 cups) marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon vanilla extrac
½ cup (62 grams) confectioners\' sugar
1¾ cups (175 grams) quick oats (Not instant or old fashioned oats)
1 cup (6 ounces) mini chocolate chips
1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons peanuts, chopped (I used peanuts with sea salt)
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with foil and grease it. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, throughly mix together the butter and peanut butter.
Add in the fluff and vanilla and stir until combined.
