No Bake Easy Granola

This granola is a NO-BAKE version!! It's super easy, completely customizable, and delicious!

½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
½ tsp. vanilla extract
? tsp. salt
1 cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup oat flour (oats that have been processed to a fine powder)*
¼ cup rice krispie cereal
¾ cup mix-ins of choice (I used ¼ cup slivered almonds, ¼ cup craisins, and ¼ cup chocolate chips)
