No-Bake Energy Bars

Not a fan of store bought granola or energy bars. These bars are wholesome, healthy and good for you. Eat them for a snack, before a workout for energy or even for breakfast for a quick on-the-go meal. Add your favorite add-ins for the chocolate chips and make it your own.

Stir ALL ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Spread in a 7x11 rectangle baking pan. Pat down until firm (I wet my hands so they don't stick). Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 2...
